Shipping & Returns

This policy covers physical products bought from boltzurkhaneh.com, including Bolt Club Handles. Orders are sold by Bolt Zurkhaneh Inc. Questions? Email support@fig1.ai with your order number.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay. It is currently $7.99. Sales tax, where it applies, is also shown at checkout.

When your order ships

Presale orders are charged when you order and ship when the first production run arrives at our warehouse. We’ll email you when your order ships, with tracking.

If we can’t ship your order within 30 days of when you placed it, we’ll email you before then with a revised shipping date and the choice to cancel for a full refund, and we’ll do the same if that revised date slips. If you choose to cancel, we refund your payment in full, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Returns: defects only

All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or preference.

If your handles arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a replacement, or refund you if we can’t replace them. Email support@fig1.ai within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. If we ever need the item back, we’ll arrange it at no cost to you.

Wear from normal use, damage from misuse, and damage to bottles you attach the handles to are not defects.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days, or it shows delivered and you can’t find the package, email us with your order number and we’ll work it out with the carrier.

Free BOLT app months

Presale orders include free months of the BOLT Zurkhaneh app, starting the day your order ships. They are applied to the BOLT account that uses your order email. The free months are a bonus with your purchase: they have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and aren’t refunded separately. App subscriptions are covered by our Terms of Service.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live, including any warranty rights that can’t be waived.
